Our Staff

Jeanie
Financial Coordinator
"Hi, I'm Jeanie, the Financial Coordinator at Ahrens Orthodontics. I have had the pleasure of being part of this team since 1995. Orthodontics changed my life as an early adult and I have enjoyed watching many others experience the same. We strive to give each individual a beautiful smile and instill confidence to succeed in life. We want everyone to feel welcome. The doctors and staff are amazing and I treasure the friendship we all have.
In my off time, I can usually be found on the soccer field with my husband, Troy and our children Allie and Zach, at a school board meeting or volunteering at my church. I also enjoy relaxing in the sun or boating."
Missy
Appointment Coordinator
"I am the appointment coordinator for Ahrens Orthodondontics. I have enjoyed being part of Dr. Ahrens team for 8 years. It is very rewarding to witness the transitions of our patients throughout their treatment. I also enjoy the marketing aspect of this practice, going to meet the general dentists as well as their staffs. Forming these relationships with our dental community is both pleasing and crucial for a successful practice.
At home I am the mother three wonderful children. They are the joy of my life and I treasure our time together. I also enjoy reading, boating and U of L football and basketball games."
Laura

The most rewarding part of my position is being a part of patients' treatment from start to finish, and seeing the positive impact treatment has in people's lives."

My husband and I have been together for 21 years and have two beautiful children that keep us very busy.

Katie
Orthodontic Assistant
"I joined the team at Ahrens Ortho in early 2011 and am proud to be a part of such a talented team. I have worked as a clinical assistant for the past five years. My duties range from taking digital x-rays and photos to assisting the doctor with the adjustments made to braces throughout treatment. One of my favorite things about this office how supportive Dr. Ahrens is of us to continue our education. By doing so, he enables us to be the best in our field. I have a three year old son, Jackson, who keeps me on my toes whenever im not in the office. Look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!"
